  Remote Computer Support

We can provide remote support for your computer by using our Remote Support Software. The software enables us to remotely access your computer just as if we were sitting in front of it. 
 

  Prerequisites

Must be connected to the internet with broadband (Cable or DSL)

Windows 7, Vista, XP, 98, 95, ME, NT, 2000, 2003, 2008 Server

  • Click here to Run the Remote Support Software
     

    • Click the "Run" button on each of two download screens that appear. Nothing is being installed onto your computer instead you are just running the program.
       

  • When the Remote Support Software starts it will display the small screen below which shows "Your ID" and "Password". Contact Us and provide them so we can remotely access your computer. You're done - very easy
     


Do not use your computer while we are connected!
 

Unix and Linux
 

  • Setup an account with telnet access and root privileges

  • Note your account username, password and IP address
  • Open port 23 on your firewall
  • Contact us for remote online support.
  • When we are finished, disable the account and perhaps block port 23.
